About

I work with women who have reached a point where the life they built still works on the surface, but no longer fits underneath. My work is not to fix that, or to push them through it. It is to sit with them while they meet what is actually there.

I am Greek, and I have lived in the UK for over a decade, long enough now to call both places home. The slow work of building a life across two cultures, two languages and two ways of belonging is not background to my practice; it is one of the places I learned what a threshold actually feels like from the inside. I know what it is to keep functioning in a life that has stopped fitting. I know what it is to peel away the inherited layers, the cultural ones, the religious ones, the professional ones, that once protected and now obscure. I know what it is to find, underneath all of that, something that was always there.

I am a certified iPEC Core Energy Coach. My doctoral work was in intercultural education and I have spent twenty-five years as an educator across two countries, working in different languages and cultural environments. That long apprenticeship in attention to how people learn, to what is unsaid, to the cultural inheritances each person carries into a room, has shaped how I listen. The Socratic and maieutic traditions of inquiry, the philosophical inheritance of asking the question that allows a person to hear what they already know, have been with me for far longer than the practice itself. They sit at the centre of how I work, in the room and on the page. I coach in English and in Greek.

What I hold is the space. What emerges in it is yours.
