Writing to a coach is itself a small act. You do not need to know yet whether the work is right for you, or how to describe what has brought you here. A first message can be brief. It does not have to be polished.

If you prefer, you can hold a free discovery call. The call lasts forty-five minutes, online, in English or in Greek. It is a conversation, not a sales pitch. There is no obligation to continue afterwards. We decide together, at the end, whether the work is right for you at this time.

I reply to messages personally, usually within two or three working days. If your message arrives during a teaching week, the reply may take a little longer.
